CONCIERGE

As part of our commitment to providing excellent customer experiences, we offer full Concierge services from 6.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Available to all customers and their guests, our dedicated Concierge team can assist with recommendations and tips on dining, accommodation, entertainment and transport options. Whether you need assistance with dry cleaning, office catering or booking a restaurant, the Concierge is your one-stop-shop for ancillary services.

LOBBY CAFE

The ground floor lobby is home to Little Angel Espresso Bar where friendly and helpful staff serve great specialty coffee and dramatic liquid nitrogen treats. The café is the ideal location for more informal meetings or for lunch, with floor to ceiling windows and beautiful views of the Bell Tower and Swan River. Little Angel also offers an extensive catering menu.

THE VAULT FITNESS CENTRE

Located at 44 St Georges Terrace, less than 5 minutes' walk from Exchange Tower is The Vault - an exclusive, fully supervised and equipped gym for the use of Exchange Tower customers. Open from 6am - 7pm on weekdays, The Vault offers a full range of classes and courses tailored to the busy professional's working day.

CONFERENCE FACILITIES

The Exchange Tower Function Centre is available for hire to both customers of Exchange Tower and external parties. Book the space to collaborate, think, discuss, meet, brainstorm, focus,celebrate, incubate, challenge, recharge, host and inspire.

The space is ideal for conferences, functions, cocktail events, video-conference,teleconference, solo work, one-on-one meetings and training sessions. Tailored packages are available to meet your exact business and individual needs with extensive catering options on offer.
